In the calculation of the
number of characters or words: with regard to Chinese, Japanese
and Korean, the number of characters calculated by the computer,
with the number of blank space characters excluded, shall be taken
as the standard. As for other letter-based languages, the number
of words calculated by the computer shall be taken as the
standard. Should multiple languages exist in the same document,
the number of characters or words of each language shall be
calculated separately.

Degree of difficulty of
specialties: For the documents that the company undertakes to
translate, it shall classify them only in categories, irrespective
of the degrees of difficulty, and shall charge unified fee for
translation.

Calculation of graphics:
making tables, scanning illustrations and inserting indexes in the
same operating system are all free.

Free services: One copy is
available for fetching and delivering documents, sending
registered documents by post, floppy discs, document printing and
document binding.

Normal speed of
translation: 3,000 Chinese characters or 2,000 English words can
be translated in a single day.

Fees for urgent
translation: The fees shall be charged according to normal days
for completion of translating the text divided by the number of
days the customer requires for completion multiplies the per-unit
rate.

Collecting translation
fees in advance: Should the original text be not the electronic
document, the fees for estimated numbers of characters shall be
collected. The exact number of characters or words shall be
calculated after translation is completed.

Matters needing attention:
Customers shall read and have a thorough understanding of the
¡°Notice to Customers¡± before signing the entrustment documents
or contracts.

Rate adjustment: The above
rates are subject to changes without notice to customers
individually. Rates available on the homepage on the web shall be
taken as the standard rates. Bargaining is declined.
